The rack is only a little difficult to replace without moving the engine (easier by raising it a little bit). Depending on where the leak is you may be able to replace some orings (solenoid) to fix it, but replacing the whole thing is usually better. Which gaskets are leaking? That would determine how much labor is required. And agreed, replacing the oil pressure sending unit is easy,
